Targeted Resourcing Solutions is privately owned boutique IT Recruitment Company established in 2004 providing IT Recruitment Services to Public and Private Sector Clients across South East Queensland.

Targeted Resourcing was founded by its Managing Director, Andrzej Zyms, who has nearly 15 years IT industry expertise gained in the Australian and UK markets. 

As a former IT Contracting Professional and an IT hiring manager, Andrzej has experienced the challenges faced by employers, permanent employees and contractors alike.

Using his experience and knowing what it is you want, Andrzej built Targeted Resourcing Solutions on a very simple philosophy – “A recruitment agency must add value”.

Targeted Resourcing Solutions is a member of ITCRA and a signatory of GITC V5 under modules 7, 8 and 9.
